Saving Our Species

Science tells us that our existence is unbelievably lucky. We exist only because the sun is the exact distance from the earth, the position of the other planets are the way they are, the earthly elements has formed our environment to provide existence,
and evolution has shaped us to who we are. It is a combination of incredible variables that have somehow given us our existence through billions of years.

We are unimaginable lucky. If any of these variables have been slightly different,
we would not be here. We may conclude that our whole existence is based on luck.

And we know it.

Our luck will not last forever. A second of the slightest change in any part - minor or major - of just one of the universal variables, will end our luck. In fact, we will be destroyed in a second as if we never existed, never were around, and we will never come back. Yes, 'will', not 'would', not 'perhaps', not 'may', but 'will'. It will happen sooner or later. Change is a univeral law, and change will happen.

Such luck of our existence will not last for long nor ever come again.

This is why it kills me to learn that few or no one has the agenda of making the most of this chance and working towards the preservation of our own species.

We are busy making up more laws, more illusions, more control. We ridicule our existence. We waste our chance if we do not do something. We must see the truth.

We must work towards a common goal. We must change our luck and create our own luck.

What is our objective?

We must be independent of the universal variables. We must separate ourselves from universal laws. We cannot be a matter of luck. We must control our own destiny.

And we can.

Stemcell research, genetic manipulation, robotic enhancement. We must use science and techonology to re-build ourselves. To separate ourselves from the laws of Earth and Universe. But first, we need to enlighten ourselves; win over ourselves the dirt that exists in our minds, our cultures, and our hearts. We must not be restricted by such human thinking. Because if we are to rule the universe and preserve our species, we must change.

So let's get started now. There is not a moment to be wasted. Our second is almost up.
